Ms. Acosta focuses her practice on income, estate and gift tax and business succession planning for individuals and closely held businesses, and in the administration of estates and trusts. Ms. Acosta also has extensive experience in the areas of charitable giving and tax exempt organizations.
For 25 years, Mr. Swigart was an associate and then shareholder of the law firm of Stradling, Yocca, Carlson & Rauth, a 120-attorney firm located in Newport Beach, and in charge of that firm’s estate planning and probate practice. In October of 2009, Mr. Swigart established his own firm where he continues to specialize in trust and estate planning and administration matters. He has practiced exclusively in the area of estate planning and administration for over 33 years.
